Facebook and Instagram Launch Donation Sticker on Stories

During this year’s Facebook F8 Developer Conference, the Instagram team launched a new feature in stories called “Donation Stickers.” This feature gives organizations like Black Girls CODE (BGC) the opportunity to raise money inside the app!
During the conference the Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, discussed the rollout of the new feature using BGC’s likeness and directly helping them raise money on Donation Stickers. After the conference, Facebook & Instagram surprised BGC with a $100,000 donation to support their work across the US!
