BUILD YOUR DREAM TEAM 2021

BYDT PROGRAM IMPACT REPORT 1.png

We believe that a dream team is the key to success for small businesses. BYDT is a program to connect small businesses to local talent.

In collaboration with ALL ACCESS INTERNS, we sourced and trained college students to work with. Each intern was tasked with working with a small business partner to fulfill their creative marketing needs including content design, social media management, and more. Additionally, interns were challenged to complete a certification of their choice to boost their skills and produce a digital portfolio to showcase their work.

REVIEW

“By having Riana Ward join our team temporarily she aided us by creating content in advance for our social media data base as well as increasing engagement by 15%. Not only was she professional but she also achieved above our expectations, having her input during our board meeting gave us a new perspective on interacting with our supporter and elected officials. She was a delight and we are sad to see her go but cant wait to see her grow!”

REVIEW

“This program was life-changing for me. As a small business, I don't have the funds yet to hire an assistant so having an intern was definitely a plus. Adia has been really good a following instructions. With all her experience in social media, she definitely added value to the brand. As a young college student, she came up with fresh and new ideas to attract potential clients and keep my feed vivid with shareable and educational content. I wish her all the best and I'm sure the company that will hire her won't regret their choice.”
