Fast Company published a think-piece on how marketers have shifted to “pandemic advertising.” TAKEAWAY: It’s easy to focus on the corporate side of things in business and marketing. Your ROI, KPIs and other metrics don’t mean shit if you don’t know how to connect on a human level.

AT&T’s Dream in Black campaign named Wale, T.I., and Angela Simmons as 2020 Future Makers, a program celebrating those making history now and shaping the future tomorrow. Spotify’s #BlackHistoryisNow campaign released a limited edition merch collection to pay homage to black musicians. BET focused on celebrating the beauty, power, and diversity of Black queer folks in the #BETQueerAF campaign. Each day in February, a queer artist, activist, entrepreneur or thought leader was recognized.
