Nancy B. Rosedale is Bank of America’s Vice President Business Community Officer, championing diverse and under-capitalized communities across Massachusetts. She specializes in entrepreneurship and access to capital through workshops, panel discussions, and speaking engagements. As a key connector in Greater Boston’s business community, Nancy partners with local organizations and nonprofits, and is a sought-after keynote speaker on financial literacy. Her focus is on helping women and BIPOC entrepreneurs overcome systemic barriers.

With over 30 years in business banking and mortgage sectors, Nancy has led a Small Business Banking team and excelled as a top Business Banker. She received the Valiant Award for Leadership Dexterity in 2021 and is a proud graduate of Leader Mastery. Residing in Franklin, Massachusetts, Nancy leads a women’s group at her local church and hosts bi-annual women’s conferences. She mentors young girls and is passionate about pickleball and New England sports. Nancy holds a BA in English from Merrimack College and a Commercial Lending Certificate from the New England College of Business and Finance.
